CPEAK and KPA Discuss Challenges and Improvement of Cooperation in Enforcement Procedures

At the offices of the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo (CPEAK), an official inter-institutional meeting was held with representatives of the Kosovo Privatization Agency (KPA). The meeting focused on information exchange and addressing common challenges in enforcement procedures, aiming to improve cooperation and efficiency between the two institutions.

Representing the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents were President Mr. Mehdi Reshani, Executive Board Member Mr. Kushtrim Metaj, and Head of Professional Services Mr. Mervan Zejnullahu. The Kosovo Privatization Agency was represented by Mr. Ardian Berisha, Acting Director of the Department for Regional Coordination and Operations, along with a representative from the liquidation authority.

The main discussions involved the enforcement of KPA invoices, with an emphasis on the need for accurate preparation of documentation by the KPA to avoid delays. Agreement was reached on working toward the harmonization of enforcement proposals, and practical matters were addressed to enhance communication and transparency.

Both parties expressed their readiness to intensify cooperation, proposing the establishment of a direct communication line to ensure a closer partnership. The meeting concluded with mutual understanding and a commitment to strengthening relations between CPEAK and the KPA.
