The High Chamber and is introduced by the President of the Chamber. The President of the Chamber is elected by the Executive Board of the Chamber and ensures that the work in the Chamber is performed in accordance with the legal provision, the statute of the Chamber and other acts of the Chamber. Has the authority to issue decisions, instructions and orders, in decisions on the decisions of the Assembly, the Board and the Disciplinary Commission, as well as the decisions of the Ministry of Justice. The President of the Chamber chairs the meetings of the Assembly of the Chamber and chairs the meetings of the Executive Board of the Chamber.
