The Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo (OPPK) and the Kosovo Business Alliance (AKB) have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening institutional cooperation and developing joint activities in the legal, economic and social fields.
Among other objectives, the agreement seeks to improve the level of information available to the business community regarding enforcement procedures, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the possibilities for resolving matters as efficiently and professionally as possible.
The President of the Kosovo Business Alliance, Agim Shahini, assessed that the agreement creates a basis for a more advanced level of cooperation between the two institutions, particularly in terms of informing businesses about enforcement procedures and the possibilities for reaching agreements between the parties.
He emphasized that institutional cooperation and the exchange of information can contribute to more efficient handling of matters of interest to businesses and to respecting the rights of all parties involved.
The President of the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo, Mehdi Reshani, stated that signing the agreement represents an important step towards advancing cooperation between the Chamber and the business community.
According to him, joint workshops, professional meetings and other shared activities are intended to raise the level of knowledge and professionalism in handling legal and economic matters related to enforcement proceedings.
“Through joint workshops, we aim to improve the level at which legal and economic matters are addressed. The higher the level of professionalism, the more positively it will affect the handling of business and legal matters and the elimination of unnecessary delays,” Reshani emphasized.
Through this agreement, OPPK and AKB aim to develop sustainable and structured cooperation by promoting information, professionalism and communication between the private enforcement sector and the business community.
The cooperation will be implemented through joint professional activities, exchanges of experience and initiatives that contribute to greater procedural efficiency and stronger legal certainty for the parties involved.
