The Executive Body of the Chamber

The Executive Board is the key executive and administrative body of the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents of Kosovo. Elected by the Assembly, the Board has the mandate to implement all decisions, policies, and resolutions adopted by the Assembly, ensuring that the strategic vision of the Chamber is translated into concrete and measurable actions. This body plays a proactive role in the daily management of the Chamber's activities, including financial administration, human resources management, and overseeing the functioning of the Professional Service. Its responsibilities range from preparing the annual draft budget and work plans to proposing general acts submitted to the Assembly for approval. Through regular meetings, the Executive Board analyzes work progress, addresses operational challenges, and makes necessary decisions to ensure the Chamber's efficiency and effectiveness. The Board members, with their experience and expertise, work collectively to protect the interests of the profession and to advance the standards of private enforcement in the country.

The composition of the Executive Board reflects a balance of representation and expertise, ensuring a comprehensive approach to decision-making. It consists of a specific number of members elected from the ranks of private enforcement agents, who serve for a fixed term. The President of the Chamber is also the ex-officio President of the Executive Board, ensuring a direct link between the representative and executive functions. The Board is responsible for ensuring that all activities of the Chamber comply with current legislation, the Chamber's Statute, and the Code of Ethics. It also plays an important role in relations with other institutions, such as the Ministry of Justice, courts, civil society, and international partners. By acting as a bridge between the membership and management, the Board ensures that the concerns and proposals of enforcement agents are considered in the process of formulating the Chamber's policies and strategies.

One of the main tasks of the Executive Board is the preparation of periodic and annual reports on the Chamber's work, which are submitted to the Assembly for review and approval. These reports provide a transparent overview of the activities carried out, financial expenditures, and progress towards achieving strategic objectives. Furthermore, the Board decides on the organization of mandatory training and other activities for the continuous professional education of members, ensuring that private enforcement agents are always up-to-date with the latest legal developments and international best practices. Managing complaints and proposals from members and the public is also an important area of the Board's responsibility. Acting as a collegial body, the Executive Board makes decisions based on in-depth discussions and consensus, always striving to find the best solutions for the benefit of the profession and the public interest.
