On July 19, 2018, the fourth meeting of the working group on the drafting and unification of enforcement documents within the Chamber of Private Bailiffs was held at the OPP offices. So far, over 15 enforcement acts have been unified and in the next meetings on August 1 and August 9, work will continue on the unification of the remaining acts. The enforcement documents will also be part of the Enforcement Procedure Manual, which is being prepared by the international expert on enforcement procedure, Mr. Jos Uitdehaag, within the framework of the project “Support to the liberal legal professions and the Chamber of Advocates”.
